Ikoyi Community Development Corporation (IKOYI CDC)  is a MBE/WBE non-profit that is dedicated to the creation of more affordable housing opportunities for low-income families across America.

Through advocacy, organizing and technical assistance, our goal is to make the case for low-income housing solutions and strengthen the ability of community-based non-profits, developers and government agencies to provide affordable housing.

The IKOYI CDC is a 501c3 and is compliant with all deadlines and measures of the charitable sector and operates with complete transparency.

  • asset building

    Communities need stable, affordable homes for rent and also financial skills and resources to make long-term economic progress. We have an organizational commitment to provide support in this field to our non-profit affordable housing developers and their residents. 

  • internship

    This program is a one-year paid internship for university students designed to recruit, train, and retain housing development professionals who enhance inclusion and racial equity within the Affordable Housing Development field.

  • technical assistance

    We provide technical assistance and capacity-building support to residential properties and community organizations on use of federal, state, and local housing programs and strategies.
