Equality Dream Team is a community-based 501c3 organization dedicated to creation of economic opportunities for underserved young people in Chicago through entrepreneurship education and lab engagements, apprenticeships or internships, corporate introductions, and other business advancement opportunities. Its vision is to inspire the often overlooked and underserved youth to pursue meaningful, sustainable career training and opportunities through the guidance of mentors and facilitators. IKOYI CDC and AHDVS continues their support of Equality Dream Team’s mission with a donation of $2,200 to their program, July 18, 2024.

At IKOYI CDC, we believe young people must be at the forefront of efforts to development professionals who enhance inclusion and racial equity within the Affordable Housing and Community Development field and assist in meeting the needs of diverse communities in the US. That’s why we are committed to supporting Equality Dream Team and it’s mission to uplift and equip the next generation of leaders.
